We are located in Allen, TX and we would love to meet you and all of your four-legged and less legged family members.  Everyone at Timber Ridge is here because of their love for animals and the people who care for them.  We strive to have a one-on-one relationship with all of our clients and patients and to give you all of the information we can in a comforting environment to help you make the best decisions for your pet’s care.   We provide routine, emergency and advanced medical and surgical care for your pet.  Please take a look around our site and come in to visit and experience the difference that we can offer.  We can’t wait to meet you.

Our clinic is very easy to get to, just south of the Sam Rayburn Tollway on North Alma Drive, providing easy access for our clients from Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen and all of the surrounding areas.  Please find directions on our Contact Us page. You can also subscribe to our newsletter which is created especially for our pet owners. In between your veterinary visits, we hope that you and your pet will benefit from you reading these free informative articles.

At Timber Ridge we treat your pets like the valued family members they are.

COVID-19 Update:

Please know that Timber Ridge will continue to be here for you and your pets during these times of uncertainty.  In our continued effort to maintain the health and well being of our clients, staff and patients we are implementing additional procedures to encourage recommended social distancing.  In addition to curbside pick up of foods and medications we will also be providing curbside service for our appointments to keep our lobby clear.

Please always call ahead and schedule an appointment when possible.  We will continue to see our scheduled appointments and understand that emergencies may still arise that also require care, we thank you for your patience as we triage these emergencies for treatment.  When you arrive for your appointment please call our front desk at 469-342-0585.  You will then be transferred to one of our technicians to discuss your pet's history, any concerns or questions that you have for the doctor and treatments to be performed.   A technician will then come out to your vehicle to retrieve your pet and bring them in to the hospital.  We ask that all pets be on a leash or secured in a pet carrier prior to transport.  Once the examination and/or treatments are complete we will call to go over exam findings and recommendations.  After your pet's visit one of our receptionists will review your invoice and complete any credit or debit card transactions over the phone.  A technician will return your pet to your vehicle along with any needed medications.

For those appointments that need an owner present, we ask that only one owner accompany their pet in to the hospital and that you call the front desk when you arrive to go over instructions.  Special exceptions will be made for end of life care.

We continue to ask that if you are showing any signs of illness, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have traveled to a COVID-19 endemic area that you reschedule your appointment for 14 days later.  If your pet is ill and needs to be seen right away and any of the above criteria is met please arrange for another individual to transport and be present for your pet's visit.   We are still maintaining increased sanitation efforts, keeping personal contact at a minimum and all staff members have been instructed to not come to work if they are showing any signs of illness or have been exposed to someone with     COVID-19.

Thank you again for your continued support, cooperation and patience during this time as we work to fulfill our patient's needs.

Sincerely,

The Doctors & Staff at Timber Ridge Animal Medical Center
