Ashlee- Practice Manager
Ashlee grew up in Kansas City (Missouri), after high school she spent four years in the United States Marine Corps and then decided to make Texas her permanent home in 2006. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2007 and received her Bachelor’s degree in General Business from the University of North Texas in 2015. Growing up with lots of pets around helped foster her love of animals from a young age and she couldn’t imagine doing anything else. She really enjoys working with the wonderful staff & doctors at Timber Ridge while providing excellent care to all of our patients. Ashlee lives in McKinney with her dog Cora, whom you’ll probably see hanging out in her office on any given day!
Sam- Veterinary Technician
Sam is a graduate of Allen High School where she participated in the Vet Tech Program and started here at Timber Ridge during her senior year in 2015. She is currently attending UNT in order to pursue a career in Education.
In her free time she enjoys running, rock climbing and dancing. She has also fostered and trained dogs through the CCI Service Dog Program.
Alison – Veterinary Technician
Originally from the east coast and a U of MD alum (go Terps!) Alison, her husband Mic and their 3 boys moved to Texas in 2013. Alison became very active in the North TX dog rescue world, providing a foster home to dogs in need of transition to adoption. She quickly took interest in the medical issues facing many of her rescues and began her studies and path to becoming a Veterinary Technician. Alison came to TRAMC as an intern in 2019 and became a full time staff member in 2020.
Alison is thrilled to be a part of the TRAMC staff as a Veterinary Technician in the clinic environment with co-workers, patients and clients she loves so much!
Free time is spent with family; you can find her cheering her boys on the sidelines of sports and of course adores her pup time, too! Whether it’s trail hikes or couch time, Charlie Chaplin, Hope and Faye are all in!
Kristen- Veterinary Technician
Kristen grew up in Maryland with her 2 siblings and graduated from Towson University in 2021. In 2023 she moved to Texas and joined the Timber Ridge team. Kristen is a lover of all animals and has known from a young age that her passion for helping animals would lead her to the veterinary field. Her dream is to one day be a veterinarian herself.
Kristen lives in McKinney with her boyfriend, Josh, and their 2 cats, Doom and Rico. In her spare time she enjoys reading, Dungeons and Dragons, and gaming.
Natalie- Veterinary Technician
Natalie was born and raised in Garland, TX and currently resides in Sachse, TX. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in December of 2024, with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Pre-Professional Animal Science concentration. Animals have always been present in Natalie’s life, and her compassion and commitment towards bettering their lives has fueled her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian!
Natalie has an identical twin sister named Allison, and two pets, Molly and Jasmine. She has experience with various types of animals, ranging from dogs and cats, to primates and elephants, to lions and tigers! Her free time is spent in nature, hiking and traveling, as well as going to concerts, trying out local coffee shops, and volunteering at her favorite exotic cat sanctuary – In-Sync Exotics.
What Natalie loves most about working at TRAMC is the kindness and patience her coworkers exhibit, and the unpredictability and excitement that each day brings. She knows this career path is where she is meant to be, and has chosen to dedicate her heart to as many animals she can.
Janie – Client Services Representative
Janie was born and raised in Highland Village, TX with a big family (4 younger brothers!). She decided to get into fostering kittens in high school and volunteering her time with the local Humane Society. Her family fostered kittens for about 8 years and enjoyed all the awesome chaos it brought to their home.
Janie and her husband now live in McKinney with their new son, and two cats Kevin and Penny. She has been at TRAMC since 2021 and has loved every second of it with her coworkers, patients and clients.
In her free time she loves to be with family, and read while her husband watches sports.
Christine – Client Services Representative
Christine was born and raised in the North Texas area and received her Associate of Science from North Central Texas College. In 2019 Christine moved to McKinney with her daughter and son where they share a home with their 3 pets; Cosmo, Sabrina, and Shadow. Christine is excited to be a part of the TRAMC team since 2022. She loves seeing all of our clients and their pets every day!
In her spare time Christine enjoys reading, spending time at the gym, and going to concerts.
Miranda- Kennel Technician/Assistant
Miranda was born in McAllen, Tx and moved here in 2013. She has 4 siblings: 2 older brothers, 1 older sister and 1 little sister along with 3 dogs (Mitsy, Sandia, and Lulu), so a very full house! Miranda has always known she wanted to work with animals, specifically in the medical field. In high school she participated in a vet med program and was able to earn her Certificate in Veterinary Assisting. She is currently studying at Collin College with the goal of becoming a licensed veterinary technician. In her free time she loves to play on her PC either with friends on multiplayer games or solo games, listening to music and going to concerts. Miranda joined our team in February of 2025 and has enjoyed getting to know our patients and really loves hanging out with them in our large backyard for their play times. She also really enjoys working with her amazing co-workers and being able to learn more everyday.
